The colour Blue dominated our SS13 catwalks this year.  From powder to electric, blue was the word, which makes us doubly excited to introduce our best blue picks from the Zatchels range.

Our bags were presented to them at the official Brits 2013 after party held at a secret location in London.  The event sponsored by Bacardi, was hosted by Soho house in London last night and our directors were lucky enough to go along and enjoy the celebrations at the party of the year!!

Leading the way in our Monochrome movement is Marc Jacobs, who kicked off New York Fashion week with a jaw dropping black and white only catwalk.  He was closely followed by other designers like Jonathon Saunders whom in stark contrast to his previous pastels and sweet looking summer collections produced a punch packing black and white collection too, which only suggests we are amidst a huge shift in SS trends.

 Even though each designer has put their own take on this trend revolution whether it be Geometric themes and prints like Marc Jacobs or pretty and flowery like Prada, the key to this look seems to be simplicity. Bold shapes and sharp silhouettes give monochrome impact and stature that it’s pastel predecessor of SS12 just didn’t have and we love it!
