We ship our bags worldwide, however due to shipping restrictions, we can only ship care products to mainland UK addresses. For international deliveries please provide your full shipping details in English. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
When ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK including the European Union (EU), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your delivery country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you and unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be. No additional carriage charges are applied when ordering more than one bag. Please note this does not include any duties or customs that may be payable.
We will send you an email confirming your order followed by a second email from our courier to confirm that your order has been despatched. You can then use this code to track your order direct with the courier website.
Our courier will attempt delivery to your address a maximum of 2 times. If you are unavailable, they will leave a card with information regarding your delivery.
