Handmade to Order

Every Zatchels bag is individually handmade in our Leicester workshop. Once your order is placed, it goes straight to our production team to be crafted to your chosen specifications. Please allow up to 10 working days for your bag to be made especially for you.

If you need your order for a specific date, just let us know — we’ll always do our best to help. Please note that at peak times, dispatch may take slightly longer, and our workshop does not operate at weekends.

Items marked In Stock & Ready to Ship will usually dispatch the next working day, unless ordered with a made‑to‑order item.

Delivery Times

UK: Arrives the next working day after dispatch
Europe: Usually within 3–10 days
USA & Canada: Delivered Duty Paid — no surprise fees
Rest of World: Typically 5–10 days depending on location

We ship worldwide, but care products can only be delivered within mainland UK.

There are no additional carriage charges for ordering more than one bag. This does not include any duties or customs that may be payable.

Customs & Duties

For deliveries outside the UK (except USA orders), your order may be subject to local import duties or taxes once it reaches your country. These charges are set by your local customs office and must be paid by the customer.

USA orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning all duties and taxes are shown and paid at checkout.

Order Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a dispatch email from our courier with your tracking link.
