What does the Lifetime Guarantee mean?

Quality is very important to us. We want to make sure you are happy with your bag and that you'll be able to carry it around with you for many years to come. 

We're confident enough in our workmanship that we offer a lifetime guarantee and although real leather will mature and soften beautifully with age, we will always be there to help in the unlikely event there are any issues.  

You need to send the bag at your own expense but we will repair and ship back at no cost to you.
