All measurements are approximate and can vary slightly as each bag is handmade from real leather. Height doesn't include the top handle. Please note we are discontinuing the Small size from January 2026 so only the Plus & Grande are available to order.

A little more room to play with. The Plus size fits most smartphones, reading glasses or sunglasses, a compact wallet, and a few extras. A great everyday crossbody bag when you need more than the essentials but still want to stay sleek.
Grande Sugarcube
Internal dimensions: 22cm (W) × 17cm (H) × 8cm (D)
The roomiest Sugarcube. Designed to hold long wallets, larger phones (including XL models), and a few bulkier items. Great for days when you want to carry a little more without sacrificing style. Think of it as your go-to medium handbag with maximum versatility.
Small Sugarcube
Internal dimensions: 14cm (W) × 14.5cm (H) × 6.5cm (D)
Our most compact crossbody bag — perfect for just the basics. Fits a bank card, small flip phone, lipstick, and other tiny must-haves. Ideal if you travel light or want a stylish mini handbag for day or night.

Handmade to Order
Every Zatchels bag is individually handmade in our Leicester workshop. Once your order is placed, it goes straight to our production team to be crafted to your chosen specifications. Please allow up to 10 working days for your bag to be made especially for you.
If you need your order for a specific date, just let us know — we’ll always do our best to help. Please note that at peak times, dispatch may take slightly longer, and our workshop does not operate at weekends.
Items marked In Stock & Ready to Ship will usually dispatch the next working day, unless ordered with a made‑to‑order item.

There are no additional carriage charges for ordering more than one bag. This does not include any duties or customs that may be payable.
Customs & Duties
For deliveries outside the UK (except USA orders), your order may be subject to local import duties or taxes once it reaches your country. These charges are set by your local customs office and must be paid by the customer.
USA orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning all duties and taxes are shown and paid at checkout.
