Delicate Leather Care Cream
Just apply sparingly and evenly to the leather with a soft cloth until there is none left on the surface, paying particular attention to the straps and any areas where the leather is being bent or flexed. Allow the bag to dry completely before buffing it with a clean soft cloth.
Please note that this product can be used on all our Zatchels bags.
Christmas and New Year Delivery
Our factory is closed for production from 24th December, reopening on 4th January 2022. Orders placed after Christmas cut off and during this time will go into production in the New Year.
All our bags are handmade just for you. Once you have placed your order this will go to our production team to be specially made to your customised requirements. Please allow for 7 working days for your Zatchels bag to be made for you.
UK deliveries will arrive the next working day after dispatch. Other countries may take up to 10 days for delivery. We ship our bags worldwide, however due to shipping restrictions, we can only ship care products to mainland UK addresses. For international deliveries please provide your full shipping details in English. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
When ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK including the European Union (EU), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your delivery country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you and unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so for further information we advise you to contact your local customs office.

No additional carriage charges are applied when ordering more than one bag. Please note this does not include any duties or customs that may be payable.
We will send you an email confirming your order followed by a second email from our courier to confirm that your order has been despatched. You can then use this code to track your order direct with the courier website.
Our courier will attempt delivery to your address a maximum of 2 times. If you are unavailable, they will leave a card with information regarding your delivery.
